I would like to suggest MORE Fonts. Would like to use the Fonts I choose, not ones that you have chose for me. Can you let us import our Windows Fonts? Also, How about letting us place Backgrounds into our Emails. The plain White Backgrounds just is too plain. I have saved tons of Backgrounds over the years and now can't use them. I miss dressing up my Emails.

FIX YOUR PUSH UPDATE 11.0.4074!
Last night, March 30 2023, you sent me "push update 11.0.4074. it removed all the avatars I had put in the "Carousal" and restored the original avatars I don't want.

DO NOT KNOCK AOL DESKTOP GOLD FAVORITE PLACES, UNTIL TRYING THEM !!!!!
I WAS AGAINST THE IDEA OF AOL DESKTOP GOLD, BUT AFTER USING THE FAVORITE PLACES, I FIND IT IS A LOT EASIER THAN DRAGGING & ARRANGING NEW ADDITIONS TO THE LIST -OR- SCROLLING DOWN THE LIST OF MY 584 FAVORITES. SO, IF YOU ARE A DAILY USER OF THE FAVORITES, THEN YOU HAVE TRIED IT BY NOW -OR- YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. I HAVE OVER 450 SONGS DOWNLOADED & IT IS SO EASY TO JUST START TYPING YOUR SEARCH ITEM & THEN YOU REALIZE THAT IT SURE BEATS DRAGGING NEW SONGS DOWN MY FAVORITE PLACES. JUST…

Thanks for reducing the e-mails size back to regular when I look at them.
I just want to thank you for removing the increase in size when looking at my e-mails. It shows you do read our problems and act on them. Thanks again.

Enlarging buttons.
I like the enlarging buttons on FB and Email. I'm on a site from my old home town that people post pictures of newspaper articles that I can't read. Now I can. :)

Address Book finally figured out......
Talked with tech and got instructions on how to manage address book. Very helpful tech. It's a lot more complicated to change address book than the old system of dragging names to where you want them.

Most of the posts here are rants from deluded people who always complain, so it should be stated that AOL does a LOT of things right. The problem is that so many folks are resistant to change of any kind. I've worked ISP technical support, so trust me I get it. AOL seems to be on the right track with many products. Desktop Gold is excellent. It keeps the user-friendly classic aesthetic that we all love, but updated so much under the hood. I mean, Chromium CEF browser framework, Vulkan renderer??? This is honestly top-tier stuff. They're using NuGet packages…

This is something that I had requested twice in the past (Apr 2021 and Dec 2022). It took longer than I had hoped for, but I am glad to see it implemented.

It's not a idea I went to my account and was surprise to see the changes made. I have always liked aol because I liked the old set up. Now
it looks great you have a lot of new changes with a touch of the old. and when I really get to explore more I give you my comment. I like what I see and that's why I have been a long term client. Way to go thumbs up! -

Customize entire toolbar
Thank you for making many improvements to the toolbar. The icons look great.
Can you please look into giving us to customize the entire toolbar? For example, "Local News" really doesn't show much and I don't use "Finance" so it would just be nice to be able to remove that from the toolbar.
