Importing favorites from a different browser.
I am not able to import into Desktop Gold my favorites (bookmarks) from Chrome or Internet explorer. It seems as if you use a different protocol than the other browsers.

A majority of your news, on your news feed, is click bait. Years ago you only had 8 pages, now you have 71! Get rid of the click bait!
It seems that ever Facebook is trying to eliminate/restrict click bait but AOL seems to be adding more of it daily. This, truly, doesn't speak well for AOL. or for how they consider the needs of their customers.

Put the address book on the computor so mail can be addressed when off line like it was before.
The address book can't be accessed when off line so mail can't be fully prepared for sending until on line? Printing labels can't happen off line. And printing out the whole address book can't happen at all. Please correct this situation.

In earlier versions I could block erase my email. It saved me a lot of time. Now I can only erase one at a time and it's so slow.

Password sign-on screen
The old AOL would warn you if your Caps Lock was on. AOL Gold doesn't show that - if you input your password with Caps Lock on, you're probably going to get a password error. Go back to the way AOL 9.8.2 did it!

Ability to save a mail with embedded images as an HTML file again.
I used to be able to open a mail, and go to File, Save As, and save that mail as an html file, to be able to save all embedded images in one folder.
Now, you took that away from us. when I go to File, Save As, my only choices are to save as a PDF or TXT file. what good is that?
Please bring back the option to save a mail as HTML, at least until you get the advanced setting fixed to save all embedded images in mails. My mails are building up, because I'm waiting on… -

Now having problems with Gold and datamask scrambling entries into address bar cannot manually enter data
I rely on datamask to scramble my keystrokes, but lately it acts up and the scrambler screen comes up with different colors and icons, scrambles all entries
