Why when an ad comes up and you delete/close it , it comes back up again. You need to keep the ads out of the body of the welcome page pictures when you click on one to view. Your ads can be posted, but not in the main body of the daily pictures you have on the welcome page.

I got a lot of email from advertisers. As I read here other comments, I realized I'm not the ONLY one.
It is enough for me to have to see the LIBERAL NEWS every day, it is disgusting, then the NEW GOLD really took the AOL 25 years back!
I may have to stick only with GMAIL or Internet Explorer. Really disappointed, who made decisions like these....do you want to lose customers? Unbelievable!

Why am I forced to start using AOL Gold, which again forces me to now pay $4.99/month and forces me to watch stupid flashing ads on the right side of the Mailbox and every email that I open??? If I’m now paying to use AOL, I should be forces to watch stupid ads.

Get the **** ads out from infront of news items that have multiple pictures. You cant read the captions and only see 50% of the picture.

Here's a suggestion to improve AOL Gold. Remove all the spam that is littering the screen when I'm using the desktop. When reading email 40% of the screen has ads and other trivia that has nothing to do with my mail. When reading articles I get new ads popping up along the bottom of the page. Why am I getting this spam when I'm paying to use AOL? Hotmail and Gmail don't insult me like this.

I understand having ads in the previously free AOL desktop software. Now that it is a paid/subscription service, why are there still ads? At this point, I'm going to hope it's because I'm still in my 30-day free trial. Can you tell me these will go away once I'm paying?

If nothing else, please remove the ad space to the right of my mail.

re you kidding me??? We've all made "suggestions". I think these "suggestions" fall on deaf ears. I cannot read articles without these ******** ads !!!!! What a waste of time giving you all "thoughts" or complaints . They seem to have NO affect !!!! Keep on, team, you are going to lose customers. I notice one of your plans is "Premier" no ads on aol for $30.99. WOW !!!! What a bunch of scammers.

I want to read a news article without ads popping up at the top, in the middle and at the bottom of it. I keep pressing close but a new one returns in its place. This has progressively become more of a problem with each new version of AOL. I have been an AOL user for 20 years but am seriously considering changing. I want to be able to read an article through without these annoying ads continuously popping up to block my view of the article.

I canceled my subscription. I can't uninstall the program, and I am being bombarded with constant pop-ups asking me to try it again.

Please stop the annoying ads that intervene when I am trying to review my emails, etc.
AOL is a great provider, please correct this problem to a valued customer! Thank you!
