AOL GOLD address book is still not working. If you add a name from 'all contacts' it goes in but does not stay in.
AOL GOLD address book is still not working after all this time. I have reported this many times. One Example: If you try and transfer a name from 'All Contacts' to a folder below, it goes in but after AOL GOLD is closed it does not stay in. The address book is a complete shambles. Very poor planning on the upgrade.

Show the word CONTACT at the bottom of the ADDRESS BOOK.

There is no indication to put in a new contact. A small square with a dot does not tell a person that is how to put a new contact in.

groups in address is missing when add groups it crashes unexpectedly
when create report a bug error pops up we seem to be having some troubles sending this request try again after 5mins

I've spent the last 2 days trying to update a Group Address file. I can add a new name to the All Contacts file but when I try to get it into the Group File it does not work. I follow the instructions and it appears to be updating but when I try to send mail to the updated group, the updates are not there. I wound up individually adding the new names to the send box of each of the mail pieces I had to send. Bad news, PLEASE FIX.
