I pay for desktop Gold, however, it no longer allows me to add a logo or photo in my signature. How is it that I pay for your service, yet I am not allowed to have a signature logo?

Get signatures to work. I have lost my previous signatures. And I can't set up any new ones. Thank you!

I have been AOL's customer for more than 15 years, before AOL has become gold, in the set up signatures, I was able to download my business photo id, the logo and typed the name of my company in different colors. Right now all my initial set up signature has totally disappeared without the possibility to reset, no more download photo, logo, typing in colors etc.., this set up signature is so important for me since I am a real estate broker. Another thing, in my old mail it does show backward until only 4/16/17 and 7/10/14 in sent mail!, where are my other old mails and sent mails before those dates?.
I called AOL technical support on 4/27/18, the gentleman on the phone said that he was not able to help me except to report my issues to AOL.

The one thing AOL had was their signatures...why did you change...go back to the old way...it was the one thing that AOL had that was different from other servers.
