    Do this at your own risk, I do not work for AOL.
    Close AOL.
    Make sure you have view hidden files checked in Windows.
    Go to users, your name, app data, local, aoldesktop data, db.
    Delete all unwanted screennames and all common files in the db folder.
    There are a couple of files that will not delete.
    Reboot your PC and all user names will be gone from the AOL sign on screen.
    You can add back the ones you still want to use when you sign on.

    I have gotten absolutely no help after hours on the phone. I have deleted two email addresses... no one seems to be able to remove them from my AOL Gold sign in list.
    SOMEONE SHOULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT! SOMEBODY FIGURE IT OUT....I pay monies every month for your services and have spent hours on the phone literally trying to get this to happen! After numerous pass to the next person I have been referred to this for a solution.......REALLY!

    As it stands, if a guest uses my pc to log into their AOL account, the guest's Screen Name remains in my sign-in screen. I want only MY Screen Names to appear at sign-in.

    Allow "guest" user names to be easily removed from the sign-in screen.

    Upset where I could not remove my screen names as I used to in previous versions of AOL

    When i loaded gold a screen name from another account that i signed on as a guest installed itself on the list, I added another trying to find a way to delete the unwanted name/s.
    the other names are now deleted accounts, they have no purpose, only confusion.
    Tech support says to write this as there is no means to delete unwanted screen names from the list,
    Please add a button so we can delete unwanted names from the sign on screen

    i had two accounts for a reason, now the second account name is listed in the first,, i want it separate, like it was, how does that happen
