Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

I am having more problems since you updated AOL. You did not make it better, you made it worse and much harder to use
I am getting very tired of all the problems and calls I had to make since you updated it -

I'm not sure what has happened with AOL Gold, but it has slowed down to a crawl! I do pay for my service but NOT getting the speed I had when I first installed it. I am on Broadband and outside AOL Gold my speed is what is like I pay for! HELP!

You expect me to make thoughtful suggestions, yet AOL did not make thoughtful changes when you forced paying customers to take a product that is a jalopy and does NOT work. It's slow, laborious and I am unable to open or send even simple Excel or Word documents. The simplest of actions are gone, and I am expected to pay for this. Seriously! FIX IT or let us go back to the old software which worked just fine. I don't need to pay for aggravation, I can be aggravated for free.

Why has service gotten so much worse since I started paying for it? Disappearing passwords for accounts that have been established for years. Software not working when installed on new computer. More ads showing up everywhere. And the SPAM over running my emails. This has got to stop or I will no longer be with AOL. (I am a 20+ years customer)

They have had plenty of time but haven't fixed anything. I don't think they ever will. It is very sad that something so great turned out to be so bad.

I have errors pop up when I try to send e mails. I have complained, but have no response from AOL.Is AOL taking money for subscriptions and not delivering services?

Here's my idea.....You can improve AOL gold by bringing back the features that the old AOL had. I still think AOL Gold STINKS!!!!!!!!!!

This program is far worse than just bad. So is the tech help. Someone on this forum had a browser problem and tech's reply to her was to use a different browser. Is this believable??

Engineers must redo aol gold so that it works. 9.82 worked better than aolgold and it was free..............why would aol want to loose customers?
