Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

AOL email takes excessive amount of time to load as if there is a defect in the software. Please review this. Also, we used to have an option to open email on startup. This was a simple but nice convenient feature. Why take away something like that? I don't see many benefits with Gold version for the user but is much more ad laced.

I just lost my favorite pages. when I click on options it gives me a flashing screen with 'beta" in small print.

Wasn't compatible with my online banking...had to use Chrome or Firefox...finally I can use it but no idea why...it just started being ok. There is no rhyme or reason to this version.

90 % of my post was deleted by AOL when my comments were merged into this topic - just another flagrant disregard of paid users opinions - just took 9 attempts to sign on this morning - second screen would not load , after 2 minutes , on some attempt got message URL failed to load timed out - finally get to third screen + it would not load - multiple messages to repost a bug in past two months - happens on different computers with different carriers - definitely a AOL problem - MSN sign in works perfectly with sign in + all other aspects - if AOL responds they will tell me to call tech support which is totally FUTILE - spent over 40 hours on phone with them in past year to no avail - they will have to PAY ME to call them again - this is how they treat 20 plus year paying customers !!

AOL DOES NOTHING AT ALL - sign on - biased news - email - wecome screen user unfriendly favorites - customer service - site performance - paid subscribers input means nothing to AOL - been months on forum + not one area of gold has improved at all -

Everything worked much better in the old AOL. After several months we see little improvement. The product is very poor.

Their tech support has become a joke. I use to be able to talk with techs who knew something about computer systems Now I talk to some Indian living in New Delhi who doesn't know his bottom from first base

I agree, AOL Gold sucks. I contacted AOL tech and they took control of my computer and made some changes and had me download System Mechanic which isn't free and I still have many problems with AOL Gold. AOL GOLD SUCKS!

Delete 90% of the ads for my AOL. I don't see why you must get paid for all those ads unless the service is free.
