Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    GOLD freezes my Windows 10 laptop when I hit Forward or Send. I am paying for this service and not getting satisfaction. GOLD is terrible. Looking for a new provider.

    I believe this is what is causing everything to be so slow and many times unresponsive. Even typing is slow to be registered in emails, etc. It would be great to know what you are doing to correct all the issues that have been mentioned. I have been an AOL user for many years, and this is the worse than it has ever been. I am looking for a better solution.

    I am very much a AOL user and I have paid fr AOL as long as I can remember. I still say AOL Gold is the BEST. we have to change , it's just a part of having a Computer. Yes things are Missing, Many things we had in Windows 7 is missing too. But life moves on and AOL is doing their best to keep with Microsoft and Windows 10. They have to to be compatable with Windows 10. We don't use Floppy disc any more, we lost them. In AOL we are going to lose some things, it's just a part of life. Get use to it, or shut up. Complaining is not going to help. We have no choice.

    reduce amount of old mail and old sent mail to be downloaded on entry to a choice vs unlimited which seizes computer

    Hire some new I.T. people who can fix the problem. AOL Desktop Gold ****. This has been going on way toooooooooo long !!!! I am running out of patience. I am a paying customer. Until all the problems already cited are fixed, I should be getting free service. I am considering going to my other E-Mail service Comcast.

    Truly painful experience. Thank goodness I have access to email in other applications, because it takes half an hour just to get one email to open. I delete things three & four times, but they keep coming back. Tons of feedback given, yet not a single response from AOL. Why do I even bother keeping this "service"?

    I am reading other commentary.. some will let me vote that I agree with the writer.. others will not allow.. I pretty much agree with EVERY complaint on this page! Please stop with the pablum and FIX this site.. The Aol gold is dysfunctional.. IF I go to Chrome and use the web-based Aol at least it's faster and opens.. But it has far fewer options for dealing with my part-time Biz.. and then, WHY would I pay you, anymore? SERIOUSLY... why roll out a system that does not work?

    Bring back a functional AOL.. It now takes me hours to get through my mail. I stayed with and paid for AOL BECAUSE it was faster than any other system.. PLEASE bring back old system!

    I am writing this on a friend's computer because I am afraid to download AOL Gold. Please let me use my current AOL 8.2.2 !

    Just too many horror stories about the many glitches in Gold.
    The Russians must have written your new code.

    I have spent 15 hours with tech support in the last 2 months because it freezes 3 times per day. Compensation is required by aol

    Bring back old AOL 9.8 Desktop. If not will be cancelling my 20+ years monthly subscription to AOL. GOLD too many issues and inconveniences.

    I can see that I am not the only one with this problem. I can pull up Huff Post news, but if I click on a link in the AOL News scroll, all I get is a blank page. Please fix this NOW!!!! What am I paying for? Garbage? It was far better in the old days.

    Can't even get to E-bays "To many redirects". Google works fine, AOL Gold is all rust. Why is a Beta version turned into the only option.
