Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    AOL Gold is so bad !!! As paying customers, PLEASE allow us revert back to AOL Desktop 9.8.
    PLEASE !!! Show some appreciation to your loyal 20 year customer base by doing this.
    The entire design/layout functionality is bad. Aol gold is killing me...

    After thinking about this, I AGREE.
    I used to love aol 9.8. I have a comcast account (free email), but my wife loved the aol 9,8
    eas of use, so I aontinued to pay for it (since 1997)
    Now with AOL Gold, Spam ads comprise 2/3's of the page when reading articles or composing email. If you are going to inundate the user with spads, gold should be free.
    I remember when computers were slow and AOL was fast.
    Now, computers a fast and AOL os SLOW....
    Please fix this horrible gold software and allow paying customers to opt out of spam ads.

    Stop charging us - there are so many FREE alternatives plus GOLD is FOOLS GOLD...

    Everywhere I go on Gold there is either a problem or extra work to accomplish something. You need to either fix the problems fast or else go back to 9.8.... and you need to stop charging because there are much better choices for email, browsers and anything you can do on AOL. I used to pay $4.95 a month on the old versions but that was including tech service. It was our choice whether to pay for this or not and many people just used it free of charge.

    This never happened on the old AOL. While viewing the news and other websites I continuously freeze up for almost a minute. Nothing else is ever open at the same time so it is not that I am overloaded.

    With all these questions and problems from other subscribers I've read, you still haven't done anything to give us Customer satisfaction...WHY??? Don't you care???

    Why did you take off this feature which was on our 9.8 desktop themes? Especially Please bring back these features.....Stationary, and Emoji's...Miss them terribly! My sent messages look so empty...
    Why change something that isn't broken!!

    Go back to the old aol but make it faster. Bring back the animations and animated fonts. Bring back an email size that lets you read everything. Don't try to make the program like the free ones. Most of your customers are long time members. You are about to lose a lot of them.

    And also, please return the old EMOJIS to the desktop. They use to have wonderful EMOJIS in there, but I don't use them anymore because they are ridiculous.Please return the original desktop moving graphics and everything else that was on the old desktop.

    AOL is the worst since the advent of GOLD. Nothing but trouble EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!! I would really like to know what you people are doing about it

    GIVE US THE OLD AOL DESKTOP BACK 9.8 - WE HATE AOL GOLD- IT IS HORRIBLE. NO ONE LIKES IT

    I did Internet speed test with and without AOL Gold, and speed diminished dramatically as soon as AOL Gold turned on. It takes up so much bandwidth that I can't even load email, much less download pages from the Internet. Please give me back the 9.8 software.

    get aol GOLD to work !! ...each and every time, with the same options and usability as in v. 9.8.1. why weren't we asked if we even wanted this ridiculous "UPGRADE" !!?? We're paying for a "service" we no longer receive...asinine...

    THERE WERE NO IMPROVEMENTS IN AOL WHEN YOU WENT TO GOLD.
