Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

Many time when composing an email, if I am trying to paste something, etc, AOL Gold shuts down and I have to re-sign back in. I lose all that I had written.

I want to be able to SAVE the FOLDER where my mail is kept on the SAVE TO MY PC folder

I want to be able to OPEN my mail SAVE ON MY PC OFFLINE. Since that is the function, I would like to have it. Otherwise, it is not SAVED TO MY PC, if I can't open the FILE CABINET while I am not signed in.

Make gold work the same way that aol 9.8 desktop worked. Cannot delete emails with gold the way I could delete emails with all the other aol programs since 1992, this is the worst aol program I have ever seen.Poor program writing, horrible. I for one, am not going to spend hours each day trying to delete emails.

I see that I am not the only one having issues with AOL Gold,. It appears that your software package is a disaster. You have taken away features that were useful and needed and have not replaced them with some that works. This includes but is not limited to the need for Dialup, because I travel to places that do not have broadband but do have a phone line. This is in Iowa, and Illinois. Your email system has serious issues that you have not resolved.

I DON'T LIKE BEING SUBJECTED TO ALL THE UNNECESSARY ADS THAT ARE ATTACHED TO MY E-MAIL..ALSO WHY DO I HAVE TO USE THE SHIFT BUTTON TO DELETE MULTIPLE EMAILS..I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR OVER 20 YRS. TO ME THIS IS THE WORST VERSION OF AOL. I HAVE EVER SEEN.

3 MAIN Reasons Why I paid for AOL before Gold came along:
1. AOL MAIL was always the best around
2. Instant Messaging- Nobody else does it and so well
3. Ability to see which of my friends, family were online
