Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

I deal in sending pictures with my business with e mails. Now with the gold the pictures send so large it takes forever to send and the receiver gets a giant picture. On the older version it used to ask do you want to send large or smaller which is better for sending in an e mail. And you used to be able to send 12 pictures now its 3 because of the size. PLEASE FIX THIS !

They said this last year.......what are you waiting on. Do away with the alphabetical order. Let me decide how I want my things to listed and appear. Bring back the option to do my own sounds

It sucks....Everthing is now in alphabetical order....totaly ***** my system up.....Cannot customize my sounds...stuck with the stupid AOL sounds that I I have disabled. Who ever came up with GOLD needs to be fired ASAP

new today - #1 - email address book has disappeared -# 2- permanently deleted emails from Dec. 2017 have all returned - #3 email is on delayed action mode that is unique to aol -- ongoing - #1- local news is not even close to set zip code -# 2 - several sign in attempts before it connects - #3 numerous URLS' failed - #4 much outdated + biased news on welcome screen - #5 - favorites still in most user unfriendly format on the entire internet - #6 performance slow - #7 aol + tech support does NOTHING to cure problems !

You have probably increased the volume of your software, without increasing the volume of your hardware. As a result, I get very often a message "it seems that we have a problem in .... please try it later ....".

Slow...Mail system and sharing to facebook is SLOW....AOL GOLD is the worst ever...Ive been with AOL for 30 years....Never seen worse...Verizons take over of AOL Sucks...

Every time I open AOL Gold Desktop everything slows down and many times my computer freezes. Even after following all advice from AOL to clean out old files, etc. this continues to happen. What is over burdening my system? Task Manager says it's all AOL. How do I correct this or is it at AOL's end???

Please put back access to Settings A-Z from Settings menu. It now only has access to Mail options. Had to do a deep search to find it. NOT GOOD.

Great. Just spent 20 minutes trying to speak with a person in Billing, to find out if they are Aware how BAD AOL GOLD IS and why I am paying $11.99 for the last 18 years. THEN, i got disconnected.
What else can AOL ***** UP.
