Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

About had it AOL Gold. Please fix it, just give us back the great AOL that we had. I can't stand to even get on my account any more. If I did not have so much saved< i would delete it asap. No sense paying out of the ying yang each month when it simply does not work. It is very difficult to do simply read your emails.

AOL GOLD is an inferior product that is NOT reliable. I cannot continue long hold times for tech support every time something else in your software isn't functioning. I have been an AOL user for 23 years, through many software updates over these years. AOL GOLD is an absolute horror, and as soon as I can make other plans, I will no longer be subjected to
this undependable mess that you have unleashed on us, without our consent, I might add.
Who is in charge??? The person, wherever the buck stops, deserves to lose their job over this. And I am PAYING for this??? Not for much longer!!! -

Also I can't Edit My Account to change My Credit Card Status. Every time I click on the My Account Button it goes to the OOPS! Pages. What the hack is that! It tell me to try back later. WOW! I have try 16 TIMES! So you will not get Pay for February.

You need to put all of us back on 9.8 until you have a Gold product that is at least comparable to 9.8! Gold right now is not worth Paying for! PUT US BACK TO 9.8 PLEASE OR YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS!

It appears as if AOL is trying to get rid of everyone. I've been here since before AOL took over 1993 and with out a dough this is one of the worse products that we have had to deal with. Always before they came out with a Bate version that one could sign up for and help debuging but not this time. I'm 81 and don't have time for this anymore.

Hi, to many steps to sign in and when doing a search that blue highlight is very distracting. Sorry but the site looks dated.Flipping around from mail to new mail is a wasted step.
I'm sure it was alot of work to put together but sorry so things just iarent working for me at least. -

Nothing but problems. just sent a photo pasted in my email. It took 170 seconds to send. happens often.
AOL VIP and Go To Assist and upper level try to help, but nothing. -

Had AOL for over 20 years. Best version was 9.8. Don't like AOL Gold. AOL customers should have a choice of what version they want.

Since the gold version I have had nothing but aggravation, system runs slow for everythig(signing on , opening mail , Downloads, saving mail & etc). The advertising is another issue when I pay 17+ per month and use none of the bells or whistles. You need to hire someone with better knolege of writing the software.

Repair the latency issues with AOL Desktop Gold. Totally unacceptable for typing, reading emails, and scrolling on any page. Even having problems typing this idea post!

Stop the requirement of having to click on "Inbox" before "New" mail. We never had to do this in 9.8.3 or before. total waste of my time!!!

Iv'e about had it with AOL. I'm going to move to Google Chrome. When AOL is resident, everything runs at a snails pace or even hangs up the system.(Windows 7). I can't run a business that way. Please enable the older version.

AOL needs to hire programmers that know what they are doing. The new AOL DeskTop gold is horrible and continue causes issues. When responding to articles it just stops typing and takes 30-60 seconds to catch up. When you go to delete emails it jumps all over the page causing you to delete the wrong email. Everything about it is horrible and I have not found anyone that his happy with it yet you now charge us monthly for the service. Use the money to get a programmer from Apple or Google that knows what they are doing!

WHY does it take so long to get fixes made ??? The Gold was foisted on us very quickly but the changes to get it back to a workable system seem to take for ever ! Does someone have "egg on their face" over this COMPLETE ***** up? How high up the ladder does the responsibility go ?
