Gold is slow; internet sites don't show and I have to resubmit; links don't open many times. Gold is not what it was stated to be. Please fix these bugs.

On top of all the other complaints posted, I have found another major problem. I have been able to send pdf file from my work program in the 9.8 version, now I can't. I had to save it to my desktop then attach it. This is a huge issue with me being able to do my work as before and send the the files as pdf attachment. Gold is making it much more harder to do my job. I also do not like it when I go to send mail and when I type in the email address, now it brings up all of my address book, sorry but I don't want to see all of that. I absolutely  despise AOL GOLD. I have been with aol for 20 years, but not for much longer. I would not recommend aol to anyone. Why fix something that is not broken!!! It is now badly BROKEN!!

You need to restore all the features of 9.8, if fact if you wanted to improve 9.8 you would need to start with 9.8 and improve it, not start from scratch with Gold. Gold is not an improvement of 9.8 it is a basic run of the mill email program. BRING BACK 9.8!!!!! YOU WILL MAKE EVERYONE OF YOUR USERS HAPPY AND I WILL CONTINUE PAYING $26.99 FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF USING THE BEST EMAIL PROGRAM ON THE MARKET 9.8!!!!!!!!!!!!

No way to resize photos in E-mails. Stupid.

I'm willing to bet that no one even reads these complaints anymore. :(

I cannot even get to Ebay.com because it keeps saying to many redirects etc. many other features also do not work now that were fine before. Cannot get to many different websites that were fine before. What did they do.....

Features that worked in prior versions of AOL ARE NT working in AOL Gold.

Would like the option to default Inbox to simply Inbox. I do not like it separating between New mail and old mail. That is more clicks to go between multiple folders to simply find an email

I do not like multiple pages/displays to sign on. why the drop down choice and then the next window displays the name and then when you click on that window you get to another window that displays the name and then you click submit and finally get to enter a password. why so many windows and clicks to simply sign in?

I am Blocked from writing to Congress and Senate people, because of the "Gotcha" to prove I am a human. Since AOL GOLD, it does not allow me to proceed. There is something blocking it.
These are just a few things I would like resolved.

The extra step to logon is another GOLD is slower than 9.0 go back to 9.0 or fix GOLD don't go backward

My wife often would send Emails containing aol graphics.
We cannot find any graphics access on your new Email composing screen

Well...I can see that I am not alone...that the new Gold AOL sucks....it's terrible..we now have to pay for less....top of my list is the disappearance of the "ART" that was available to insert in emails...animated features and colorful fonts that added to expressions....shame on you for charging now and taking away fun features....I am annoyed every time I write an email...even the "Smiley faces" now come in VERY SMALL italicized faces that you cannot even see....FIX THAT !!!!!

I have been with AOL for 20 years and I am offended that you now charge and take away simple services...I was told it was "under development" SERIOUSLY???? I have a bigger list..but I'm starting with this issue....

People laugh at AOL....you better change things for the better... if you expect to keep any kind of clientele

This AOL gold is just a way for them to stop us from getting the free version. It looks like they slapped this together in order to get rid of us Its like blackmail. This Gold is really RUST, so far inferior its an insult to think we would want it. It may be worse than the original one. Cant access pictures, almost impossible to copy & paste, no Mail Waiting to be Sent, not all favorites were transferred over to gold. No way to switch between names. So many "Clicks" just to get online. I have been very supportive of AOL since they started. Friends have laughed at me for sticking with AOL as they all switched to the other more popular places like G, Yahoo, etc. They were right. They must have designed this GOLD with a brown bag and crayons.

I agree. The email system still has multiple errors that is very frustrating and I now have to pay for this! Really!

I can't imagine any group of engineers coming up with such an awful upgrade. The old 9.8 worked and worked pretty well, as far as AOL software. Most of my friends gave up on AOL long ago, but this latest insult in engineering has made all the rest switch to gmail, msn, Verizon, or Yahoo. Nice work!

The *New* Gold sucks! You can't insert email addresses like you did in 9.8 and you cannot insert several pictures at one time. You have to add them one at a time. It is extremely user-unfriendly. It is a Giant step BACK from earlier versions AND we have to put up with far too many awful Ads that we never read anyway!
