Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

When I go to check my new mail, I used to be able to use the mouse to point to an email I'm thinking of opening, and the ENTIRE address of the person/organization sending that email would appear BEFORE I clicked to open it. This was a great feature to help identify emails addresses that I didn't readily recognize. Please
bring back this feature. -

In AOL Gold when you're sending an email and go to put in the email address that you want to send the email to, when you put in the first letter you get EVERY email address listed that has that letter any where in it, even if it's the LAST letter of an address. This is ridiculous! This makes entering email addresses much more tedious and time consuming. In the old AOL, when you went to enter an email address, you got only email addresses that STARTED with that letter...not your whole address book! Please go back to showing just email addresses from your address book that START with that first letter.

Completely useless. Bugs galore. You should be paying me to use it.
Was obviously not ready for distribution.
Get rid of it, or you'll be owing me a refund every month. -

Unable to delete browsing history when sign-off. Picture options are terrible. The email window could not be worse if it had been designed by a 2nd grade student. You can't highlight deleted emails w/ the shift key unless you first highlight the top email in the awful window. It goes on and on. Why would you release such a terrible version of your software? You should be ashamed. But what you will be is losing many paying customers.

I want the post card feature back. I used it to send birthday cards and whatever else I needed to send for the proper occasion.
Make the smiile faces bigger so that they are easy to see them. -

My biggest issue is that I typically send multiple attached images by simply highlighting the images and right click my mouse and go to send recepients and it would automatically attached to the email and list the names of the saved images to the body of the email so that the recepeint can see tbe list of what’s in the attachment . Not only that but it compresses the picture automatically so it can get downloaded a lot quicker then big file attachments that you would normally just attach with the attach icon on the email. Gold does not do this and it’s very frustrating. If you do it with gold it does not attach images and sometimes only sometime it will list the names of the pics but with out the attachment . What a waste of time . Where are the technitions to fix this ??? Bring back Aol 9.8

This is such a tiny fix compared to larger magnitude of issues gold has this is such a set back as if Aol is intentionally wanting to lose its customers

My complaints: not happy with new version of address book, not to mention that it no longer automatically appears on my screen, along with all my buddies that are currently online. Also the font selection is very limited, meaning some of the most common fonts are no longer available with AOL Gold.
I, as well as many others are not happy with the new AOL Gold!!! -

Keep an email open even after sending so as to be able to resend repeatedly to different recipients, to edit, etc. That was always the best feature of AOL software and why I paid extra for 15 years. Without it, there is no advantage of AOL over any other email server.

What happened to our email extras like the animated symbols. You have taken away everything that made made paying for AOL worth your money. Now we still pay and get the same product as any free email.

Favorites in the order added - some people don't remember the exact alphabetical name of the site. Icon's on the toolbar., menu items that actually work. Photo resizing, email address keyboard shortcuts. (stupid to need to click on address book then a group name then "ctrl A" to highlight group then click on the BCC or CC at the bottom of the address book page to add those names to the email address lines. TESTING TESTING TESTING do some !

When I open a piece of mail, then scroll to the bottom of that mail to read it, then use the Next or Prev buttons to open another piece of mail, if that new piece of mail is longer than one screen, it opens at the same position as the one I was just looking at. I just tried it. I scrolled to the bottom of a piece of mail, clicked on Prev. The next piece of mail was only one page long, so it appeared correctly. However, when I clicked on Prev again, the next piece of mail was more than 2 pages long, and it showed me the bottom of the piece of mail, not the top (which is what I would have expected). I view this as a bug. No one reads mail from the bottom without first looking at the top.
