need to cancel Desktop Gold,could not download tried to cancel many times over a 2 or3 days. Got runaround. I am being charged for this service. Gave me a # 56354 to Bomgar & ph #, NO HELP. Can you please help me CANCEL. This started in April. emailed many dept's, for help. NO RESPONSE..thank you...A. Stone..NO IDEA< JUST NEED HELP!!!!

You can improve MY experience by giving me back the ability to change/cancel my subscription. It is not accepting my security question and even if I click "I forgot question" I get some garbage about the page being moved? You forced me to change to Gold, but you are NOT going to control how I subscribe! FIX IT!
