one more thing on the address book - address card...
On the old and better 9.8.2, the address card to the right of the contacts was 1. a larger box and 2. we could see more info!
What we see now without scrolling down is the name in a size 50 font. Why? Forced to scroll down the address card field, I see a giant Category followed by the listing of phone #s starting with the alphabetical FAX #. 9.8.2 showed us in a normal font 75% of the contact info yet now we see 5%. Wow, great Gold improvements.

You released the AOL Gold long before if was ready. Most of it wasn't even started, not to mention what was completed wasn't working properly. You promised an address book. What a piece of ****. How can you have an address book, when there is no place to enter the person's address? Only one place for 1 phone number, what if the
husband and wife both have cell phones? Or maybe a work or land line? Not to mention this address book doesn't know how to arrange names. Some are listed first name, some are listed by last name! Who was the rocket **** who wrote that program. I was able to get a copy of the old address book downloaded on my computer and I'm using that! Thank God! Why did you bother with this piece of ****? No thought or consideration went into the design of this address book, Now you are charging for this ! OH! and a computer company that does leave a space to put the person's e-mail address! Very smart!
I can find at LEAST 50 faults with address program. You should be embarrsed and ashamed to release this, little lone charge some one.
The only reason I stayed with AOL after the price increases was because of the address book and the calendar. After I've seen what you did with both, I'm booking for a different server, even if I pay twice the price! You have nothing else to offer.
