Reinstate the command to print the address book as desktop once was able to do.

I need to be able to print address labels from my address book as I could with the old version. Since the AOL Gold Desk Top was installed that ability has been unavailable. I'm Financial Secretary for a local council of Knights of Columbus and send out billings, reports to over two hundred members monthly. Having to type each envelope is a real task for a non-typist. Please, give us this one too that saves a lot of work. Nelson ********@aol.com

Overall like the new Gold but I can no longer print my address book! Nothing happens went I select a group of contacts and hit print!

I would like to be able to print whole lists of contacts from my groups within the address book. There is a print option in the address book but it only prints one email at a time, not like on the old AOL desktop, I could print WHOLE lists of 100 contacts by clicking print under the file menu after selecting the contacts. This feature is really important to Bob *****.

Reinstate the command tab to print the entire address book like AOL once had it.

At one time I could print out the whole address book with one command. That option seems to have gone. Please bring it back

this is an ongoing problem. Discovered this year when I tried to 'print out my address book'. aol informed me that it hasn't been worked out yet with aol gold. I would like to have that print ability back as soon as possible. When is this problem going to be fixed. Hopefully soon. It's only one of many complaints I have about aol gold and other people also not happy with the service. Why do you tech companies decide to use that old addage..."if it ain't broke then we need to fix it!". Really a pain **********, you know.
