At the top of the "Favorites" dropdown box there used to be a folder with the word "Favorites" to the right of it. It is no longer there. This was where one could click and then click the "New" button so as to create a new folder under the "favorites" category. If you need to discuss this leave your direct phone number and I will contact you so as to a remote session so that you can see what I am talking about.
