Missing Favorites

To resolve this issue, you’ll need to import the saved data from the old software into AOL Desktop Gold. Please follow the steps in the help article below.

some of the favorites is not there on the aol desktop gold favorites.

AOL Gold Desk top operates only partly when will I get back my favorites list I need it I hate paying for something that AOL does not deliver as promised almost a week now and no favorite list New Gold that is required really SUCKS go back to 9.8

the trouble of the "wonderful" gold desk is that it has had more problems all the time Fix it properly or go back to the 9.8

YOU TRANSFERRED FAVORITES FROM 9.8.2 TO GOLD, MISSED SOME AND REARRANGED THEM SO IT IS HARDER TO FIND.
WHY????? I L IKED THE WAY I HAD THEM. SEEMS AOL CAN'T GET ANYTHING RIGHT. AM DISGUSTED W/AOL. -

All of my sports email sites have disappeared--also my Favorites have been rearranged & tons of them are missing! Please delete Gold & go back to where we were!
