i was chatting with a tech a few days ago and told him how much trouble i was having with AOL gold i told him i was having trouble with Failed to load URL https://w.main.welcomescreen.aol.com/ with error ERRCONNECTIONRESET (ConnectionReset). he told me to switch to Chrome. and signed off. very rude my idea is to get rid of jerks like him.

That did not help the client at al. Tech Support should have given specific instructions on resolving the problem. They failed to do that.
I have problem with Gold. It does not respond so many times . I have to log out and log in again. It is very frustrating. -

I can not get to the AOL welcome screen. I closed AOL and when I came back on I can not open the AOL welcome screen. Will you fix this problem for me. Why should I be having this problem. AOL seems to becoming a big problem for it's users. What terms must I agree to. I agree to these terms but will void the terms if the problem is not fixed and I know what this agreement must I agree to.

I am also having consistent issues with the Welcome window not loading. I have done a restart and a shut down, but these are temporary fixes. Now that I must pay for AOL Gold in order to keep my saved files, and was assured that I would see a far more reliable product, DO YOUR JOB! FIX THIS!

I live in Fair Lawn, NJ and have the weather icon. Of late it has been showing me temps in the single digits or low teens up to the 20's. In actuality it is 70-ish these days. Please look into this.

Why can't I get aol welcome page! I have some sort of problem almost every day with your Gold thing. Also I get email from one party. None of the others come through. I will leave my email address and see if you get through. I have been a customer for over 20 years, please show me some appreciation
