i was chatting with a tech a few days ago and told him how much trouble i was having with AOL gold i told him i was having trouble with Failed to load URL https://w.main.welcomescreen.aol.com/ with error ERRCONNECTIONRESET (ConnectionReset). he told me to switch to Chrome. and signed off. very rude my idea is to get rid of jerks like him.

welcome screen does not come on all the time. Called you several times. You couldnt solve the problem. Your web site is below average. You need to improve it. It sucks a lot of the time. I should be charging you to use it

I restarted my computer and it still comes up with error message. I realize I only pay a small amount of money to have AOL, but by paying this small amount, I was assured I would have better service with AOL Gold. This is not happening! This has not been the only problem since AOL Gold, I had put the others in the category "It Happens". Please fix and make me feel I had made the right decision in staying with AOL.

I agree with every single comment on this page. AOL's answers NEVER take responsibility for the problem. It always puts the blame on your computer or your connection or the website. How about today - their own website won't open. I click the "welcome" screen and get some **** about my.screenname.aol.com. It feels like there are about ten people trying desperately to keep this company operating and they're drowning. Hire more people or be honest and give it up. Most of the "news" articles (once you're past the first three) are really old articles being re-run, have incorrect information and misspellings. Who is running this company?

The first thing you can try if this is happening frequently is to restart your computer? What the **** kind of answer is this to give to your users. Not once but apparently many times. You told me the same as well as use another browser. I AM NOT PAYING TO USE ANOTHER BROWSER, I AM PAYING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK WORTH ****!! Fix it, and simply do not blow smoke up my *** from someone that will read a scripted answer then not forward you to a supervisor. How about we all stopped paying for it???

My AOL app was giving some trouble two weeks ago. I called tech support for help. The guy in India was rude and obnoxious. He shouted at me, I had to get out of my character and said some choice words to him. I hope AOL would do something about those foreign tech support people. Right now I am not getting emails on my secondary account. thriplen@aol.com. I am no longer comfortable calling tech support. AOL was a much better company in the past.

AOL needs to get it together, there is no need to be RUDE to people, I haven't had any problems UNTIL systems mechanic wanted me to down load them for $19.95 ALSO McAfee Live Date wanted me to down load them for $89.95. when I said no by not clicking on them, That when my AOL quit working. WHAT"S GOING ON? I have been a member since the early 90s.

For the past two days my spam folder just disappeared! I have no welcome screen on AOL gold now either. I often have important e mails that get delivered to the spam folder and I have no idea where it is now.
