AOL Desktop Gold is HORRIBLE
Please get rid of AOL Desktop Gold. It is horrible for Email. I have nothing but daily problems now with my email. I have been a paying customer of AOL for 25 years now. I have never had email problems until you started AOL GOLD. Now, its almost a daily issue. Today, all of my unread emails and emails that I have saved as unread are GONE....can't get to them no what how hard I try. The most current emails that show up in my inbox are from July. Emails that came in from the past several days that I now want to respond to are gone. They are not in the "old" file. There are no where. They are gone. Whether I go to inbox or "new" or "old" does not matter. They won't show up.....just emails from July 2017. I have never had these issues. Some days I have to wait up to 45 mins to an hour after I open email to be able to click on one email to read it.....won't open up. Again, in 25 years this has never happened, until they came out with Desktop Gold. I hope they are doing something quick to remedy this or soon I' m going to have to cancel AOL email after 25 yrs and find a new email account/server. It's sad.

WHERE ARE MY EMAILS....I get lots every day for my radio show and business....haven't gotten ANY since talking w/ your man for an hour yesterday. Restore immediately and get rid of GOLD
