When going through my email I can no longer delete batches.
Restore the old system that allowed me to capture a consecutive list of emails to delete all at once.
To delete all the emails at once press CTRL + A, then delete.

MAKE POSSIBLE TO "DELETE ALL" MESSAGES

It would be nice if you would put the Option "Delete ALL' in the "Recently Deleted" section and would make it SO easy to rid the many emails fast and NOT one at a time. Thank You

Provide a delete-all option within the recently-deleted folder. I am inundated with spam that AOL has recognized and placed in the spam folder. When I use delete-all there, it is simply moved to the recently-deleted folder. Since I have to demark the first and last item to be deleted from there, I suspect that the spam sender is notified (beacon), thus retriggering waves of spam.

After reading an email, I delete it. It then goes to "old mail" and has to be deleted again. THEN I have to go to "recently deleted email" and one by one permanently delete them. There used to be a way to click the boxes on the left to select multiple emails to permanently delete. This is excessive and three layers in order to remove already read emails. Please bring this option back. This must bog down internet data or services on your end as well as my own. Thank you.

When will this be corrected so we don't have to double delete deleted spam mail?

I don't know how to do this with AOL Gold. If I did I could advise all the many others that are having the same complaint.

Hope this is fixed so we don't have to double the work to delete what we don't want.
Also...deleting one by one is so time consuming....why can't we delete more than one at a time? -

UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN TIME CAME TO DELETE THE UNWANTED MAIL, I HIGHLIGHTED AN EMAIL, SELECT ALL, AND DELETE. DO I HAVE A GLITCH OR DO YOU NEED TO FIX THIS IN AOL GOLD? OH BY THE I HAVE BEEN WITH AOL FOR 25 YEARS!

To remove items from the "recently deleted" file, add a "Delete All" option. I used to be able to use the "select all" option in the drop down which no longer works

We have the option to delete all in the spam folder, which is great. It would be so helpful to have a delete all option for sent mail or old mail or whatever. It would be helpful!!

Get someone to ANSWER the CALL!!!! Why do I pay every month and have been with AOL since 1996. I want to DELETE SPAM in one delete.
I must delete one by one in my Recently Deleted folder...I am slowly moving to another Provider....I have No Time to be on HOLD forever and never speak to anyone..... -

I cannot select a block of old emails to delete. It takes forever to select them one at a time, surely there is a better way????

How about giving us a 'Delete All' button for the 'Recently Deleted' box? I'm getting SERIOUSLY tired of having to highlight every **** email just to delete it again. I signed on yesterday and had over 400 emails in my SPAM folder. I used 'Delete All' but the just ended up in my 'Recently Deleted' folder and I had to highlight/delete them ALL again. TOTAL B.S.!!! (AOHELL **! FIX IT!)

I don't want to have to do this by signing in again as an AOL Gold member so please add a box onto the Recently Deleted that says "Delete All" just as you used to have it. Otherwise I'm just going to clog up the Recently Deleted by NOT deleting the messages that I have deleted and that you have put in the spam folder (which I move to Recently Deleted). At 85, I'm too non-techie to change my ways.
