Restore the old system that allowed me to capture a consecutive list of emails to delete all at once.

    Let me stay in the old AOL desktop and when I try to delete all the ones I send from Spam and other deletions, give me another box in the old AOL desktop that says "delete all" just as you have it in other area's.

    Recommendation on junk mail.......
    When I open up my junk mail I can delete them all in just one clilck. BUT..... they then go to my deleted mail and I have to delete them one at a time there !! Why? Why not make the one click deletion from junk mail a permanent and final deletion. I shouldn't have to go through deleting them one by one from my deleted emails.

    AOHELL is RAPIDLY becoming the #1 WORST internet provider in the WORLD!! Are they TRYING TO SUCK to keep their membership from becoming too large?

    PUT A 'Delete All' BUTTON ON THE 'Recently Deleted' folder so we don't have to sit for 2 hours highlighting/deleting everything AGAIN!! AOHELL HAS STARTED SUCKING HORRIBLY!! I feel VERY STRONGLY that there will be YET ANOTHER Class Action Lawsuit against AOHELL!

    Yes fix the spam mail so when you permantley delete it is not added to your recently deleted mail where you have to delete 1 at a time which is over 100 emails sometimes, takes me half hour at least thinking of getting rid of AOL

    PLEASE FIX THE SPAM MAIL< IT IS GOING INTO MY DELETED MAIL FOLDER WHERE I HAVE TO THEN DELETE OVER 100 deleted mail where before you hit DELETE SPAM AND IT WAS GONE, NOT ADDED TO MY RECENTLY DELETED MAIL BOX, WHAT IS WORNG WITH YOU PPL @ AOL LATLEY PLEASE FIX ASAP AOL!

    all my SPAM is not longer deleted when I click to permanently delete, it goes to my deleted mail where I have to manually DELETE ALL 100 SPAM EMAILS EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past 2 months, fix this AOL I spend more time getting rid of SPAM lately than enjoying AOL, time to cancel AOL for other reasons too

    I am sick and tired of having to permanently delete the "delete all" items from the spam folder one by one in my delete folder.

    Add a SELECT ALL button, then they should all delete with one click. Other email platforms have this. Why not AOL Gold?

    AOL **!! I am thinking of leaving completely. NOTHING BUT SPAM! We have to click thru 50 pages of ads just to see the content in which we were interested. My email folders are ALL full of SPAM. When I delete SPAM, it automatically goes to the RECENTLY DELETED folder and I have to delete them all AGAIN...INDIVIDUALLY!! AOL **!! (How can you, in good conscience, charge money for this ****?)

    delete recently deleted e'mails all at one time instead of permanently deleting e'mails one at a time.

    In mail there should be a delete all on the sent and permanently mail instead of having to do it one at a time. allow us to check the ones we want to delete and then hit the key and those are all gone. One at a time is toooooo much trouble. Help

    I don't like to go to the boxes and check because that takes too long..so why not have a button for all, a button for half and a button for 5,10, 15, 20...

    I would like to be able to mass delete my email. I have to delete it one at at time. Seriously it is a pain in the keister. Thus I do not use my email as much as I would like to. Please consider doing something about this. If there already is a way please tell me how to do it? Thanks, Joan

    In my previous version of AOL, I was able to mass delete Recently Deleted e-mails in one stroke In Gold, I can ONLY do that with SPAM. I must highlight each deletion individually and then you click on delete, This is very cumbersom and NOT user friendly.
