Allow Access to Level II Techs
Every Tuesday morning I sign on and the splash page and icons are all for the United Kingdom. I am in the US. Forty minutes on the phone with a level one tech at AOL - who has to get a level two tech to fix it - lasts for just one more week. The Level two tech takes forty seconds to make the repair. AOL is no longer convenient to use or customer-centric; now it takes time out of my day to use and maintain.
