Unfortunately some very helpful features were lost with AOL Gold:
1. AOL used to have drop down feature for users with multiple screen names, indicating number of emails. Now I have to sign in for every individual screen name in order to check if I had received new emails. CAN YOU BRING THAT FEATURE BACK PLEASE?
AOL Gold does not seem steady in keeping Old and New emails firmly in their boxes. The new emails keep jumping into old box. WHY? I was never experiencing that with older version of AOL desktop. I keep losing emails now! Can you please fix the problem?
WHO came up with wording "Mark Unread"? And WHY? What was wrong with "Keep New"? NOW, I read email and then I have option to "Mark Unread" - therefore I am lying to myself each time I read an email. I mean, I just read it.
I don't know WHO designed/programmed this AOL Gold version, but it looks childish and unprofessional.
CAN YOU PLEASE IMPROVE IT with old AOL features which actually worked better?

We will send it over to the AOL Gold desktop team, making sure the features you mentioned become a priority and will be added in the future releases. Currently, we don’t have an estimated time frame, but we hope the majority of the features our members are asking for will be implemented soon.
Also, please submit a bug report about the new emails jumping into the old box. To do so:
1. Click the Help button on the top-right corner of the AOL Desktop window
2. Select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu
