Once I upgraded to the GOLD, I can not manage my AOL account. It's been this way for the two weeks I've had AOL Gold
After 23 years as a paid user of AOL, I find your 24/7 support had done more harm that good. Perhaps if they spoke better English. I've been paying $12.00 a month for over 20 years now. I believe it's time to part ways.
