Get the sign in w/user names & passwords back to the way it was!! AOL just gets worse & worse!! Slow & locks up online all the time.

As you might have noticed we changed the login process in AOL Mail, to a more secure 2 step login, which helps prevent your AOL account from being compromised or hacked.
Report the freezing issue to our AOL Desktop Gold team so they can investigate it further:
1. Click the Help button on the top-right corner of the AOL Desktop window
2. Select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu
