NO REAL ANSWER TO MY QUESTION, Log int your account did NOTHING! I have nothing extra ON MY PLAN!
Got an email to my FIRST question, WHY am I paying so much. it says log into your account and change your plan, in so many words. My PLAN is very SIMPLE, I have NO EXTRAS and THIS COMPANY DID not help me with ANYTHING! I HAVE TRIED to call.. MANY MANY TIMES!
