I have had many, many problems with AOL Gold and have reported them without any resolution to my problems. I find that the current way your techs resolve problems is simply to disconnect the call. Is that the service that we are paying for. Time to return to AOL.

I Iove it. Now this is the second time I have been disconnected with a AOL tech. I am on the phone with them then, then get disconnected, without touching anything.
Aside That AOL GOLD is getting worse, every time I turn on my computer, It is a new experience.
You must be Proud of the Engineering dept, for such a Lousy job they are doing. Everything that WAS working is now a new experience.
And the two people I was hung up by are, Aloysius and Elah.
