I can't send pictures in emails

When trying to send pictures in email they go into cyber space and won't send. After 5 minutes you give up and try to close it and it said WRITE MAIL HAS CHANGED DO YOU WANT TO SAVE IT? When you check yes there is nothing in the draft box. WHATS GOING ON HERE! I need this to work this is my business to send pictures either fix it or give me the old version back I had no problems with that.

    Suddenly I can't Email pictures. All the recipient gets is a tiny square in upper left of Email that can't be opened. Just happened for no reason. :(

    Fix the problem so I'm not paying for a service your not able to provide. How can I run a business if you will not allow me to send my clients what they ask for???? Everything was ok for a couple of months and now you pull this ****. If it wasn't for us paying for this ****** service you wouldn't have a job. Get your sh-- together and give us an AOL we can use.

    I've been trying for over an hour to send a message with a picture (done it many times before) and keep getting a oversize message. In fact I just got the same message when I opened this page and hadn't even typed anything. Is there any chance in the world that you can make this site user friendly rather than a pain in the ....?

    for the past hour I've been trying to send one email with an attachment that is 18.1 mb, and for the past hour it hasn't gone anywhere. This is happening regularly, I've posted this problem before and nothing is being done to resolve the issue. I have to pay for this ****? What I have to pay for is blood pressure pills because its so outrageous that I have to pay for a service that doesn't perform as promised, doesn't work even remotely like the prior version did. Fix this ****. Its becoming more and more difficult not to be swearing in these feedback posts. I'm tired of the ****.
