Title: Problems in Transitioning to Gold with Categories
Since you made me go to AOL Gold, categories under address book are not in alphabetical order. I run a business, with many clients, who have many emails under the client name. It takes much time to find the category to get to the email.
This slows my business down dramatically. I complained about this when you first turned to Gold, and it was never corrected.
It is a waste of my time to contact tech support and waste 45 minutes each time to tell me they cannot help me.
I would appreciate your immediate feedback. (*****) *****-******
Thank you.

I would like to have the Address Book sorted alphabitically to find what I am looking for fast. This feature was the default in the older version of AOL? Thanks.

I really don't like MY FAVORITES alphabetized for me and I have no control of placing the categories by the priority I access them most frequently.

AOL Gold is TERRIBLE! I can't copy and paste. Like Lou below said we can't type the first few letters and have AOL bring up the address. The smileys look like ****. They are so small I can't even tell what they are doing. Also the colors for our fonts are hard to discern. PLEASE fix these problems!!

AOL GOLD techs are not only idiots, but have no idea how to fix this 'made from scratch' desperation program . When AOL was purchased by Verizon (Oath, LLC) they did not get the 9.8 program in the deal. So, now a bunch of mindless twits are scrambling and dropping the ball altogether to come up with something similar to 9.8 but it aint working. Just look at the raft of complaints in this feedback section. Worse yet, is that now they charge for this sh*t? What colossal stupidity.

Or, better yet,
BRING BACK 9.0 VRThat was the best of the bunch.

I had my favorites in the order of importance, the ones I used most were in the beginning, now with this alphabetizing, it takes me forever to find what I want! This should be my choice, not AOL's.
Also, when writing an email, we used to type the first couple letters of the address and we would get the email address we wanted, now it brings up every address and we have to hunt for the one we want. The printing is hard to read, letters are too small and too light !
