Lost Mail
As I move forward with Gold, I'm finding that the e-mail I had stored in Folders in my incoming/saved mail are no longer accessible. It seems that when I "save mail to my PC", it is not being stored on my PC at all.
Please contact the AOL Desktop Gold team at 1-888-265-3733 to have one of our technicians investigate this.

Every time you there is an update it's screws up my computer!! Instead of updating why don't you try fixing what problems you have instead of offering something Now all my OLD Mail is gone for just and hour ago unless I want to read OLD MAIL from the beginning of year and back! $17 a month and now you want to charge me more when you fix the "new Email" service....Fat chance it will fixed but you sure can bet you'd get your money NOT!!!

My sent mail keeps disappearing from the sent folder. This is unacceptable. After all these years I may have to leave AOL.

2nd time in 8 months all my new emails are gone. over 1800 emails total and AOL did nothing about it to recover. Plus they need people that can speak english. I am finally dumping aol after 20+ years and going to use gmail for personal just like my business emails. ****** because it will take forever to update everyone and all accounts but tired of the poor customer service and quality of this email platform.

Yikes!!!!!! The last two days I have completely lost all of my e-mail for THE LAST TWO MONTHS!!!!! Where could all of it have gone??? Dear God I hope that no one is trying to use this for business, or lost anything important......Jan. 10, 2019
