DO a better job with AOL GOLD
I already have and paying for AOL GOLD.Now I get a email saying if I do not sign up for it you will cancel my existing account{AOL GOLD].How can I sign up for something I already have?.I called the service number and as helpful as the man who could hardly speak English said he could not help me and to send you an email with my problem. I think my problem is AOL. I would like answer as to why this is happening. Thanks 305-279-7911 papamike35@aol.com

If you received a Final Notice email to upgrade to AOL Desktop Gold, it means that you tried to sign into (probably inadvertently) the old AOL Desktop in the past few weeks. Since you already have the AOL Desktop Gold installed on your computer, you can ignore the Final Notice email.

just received my third final notice that i must download Gold - i have been on gold for over a year - AOL should divert the time spent sending out notices to correcting multitude of gold problems that they have done NOTHING to address -

Receiving Final Notice. I am receiving final notice even though I am already using the new app version - AOL desktop gold. Please stop sending me those notice. I don't need them. Thanks!
