Can't copy and paste e-mail, can't save web sites to favorite places.can't forward mail. This has been going on for at least 3 or 4 months, have reinstalled Gold 4 times same problem even tech support can't seem to find the problem.I have been a user of AOL since AOL 2.0 a VERY long time it's time that tech support could finally solve my problem.Why pay for something that you can't use

I AM GETTING A POP UP, SEEMINGLY FROM AOL, THAT STATES:
" OPEN IN EXTENDED APPLICATION ?
THEN A MILE LONG LINK AND BELOW IT READS:DETAILS....OPEN TO EXTERNAL APP....CANCEL. IT APPEARS AT RANDOM AND IS OBNOXIOUS. I'VE CALLED AOL HELP TWICE. I GAVE UP. HELP ! -

AOL GoId is not working! can not go to addresses typed in address bar. I can not type in the body of e-mails. I was told by your No Support people that "this is a known problem". See your Case #05494907.
My suggestion is: FIX THE PROBLEM
