To truly improve my AOL Deaktop Gold experience, return to any previous version, This one stinks! Error messages are compounding.
Its bad enough to get an error 355 message repeatedly, but now I'm getting 'mail not sent because of an error'. No explanation how to fix it, what the error is, just an error. I'm waiting 3 to 5 minutes for that error to pop up, then I try again, wait again and there is the message again. The mail has not been sent. This version is getting worse instead of better. We have other things to do online than to wait 10 minutes to send one email. This is horrible. And you have the nerve to charge us for this ****.

HOW CAN I POST A NEW IDEA WHEN THIS IS AN OLD PROBLEM? WHEN WILL YOU FIX THIS ****? I'VE REPORTED THIS IN EVERY SCREEN NAME I HAVE AND NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING IS FIXING IT. I'M SICK TO DEATH OF THIS CONSTANT DELAY IN SENDING AN EMAIL, SICK OF PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T FUNCTION.

Not only will the mail not go thru to the intended recipient, it won't even go to my 'send later file folder' without this error message. I have addressed this issue from every screen name I have and repeatedly have to deal with this garbage. ERR35 prevents mail from being sent to a group of people, an individual or to my own filing cabinet to be sent later. This is totally unacceptable.
