I get up every morning and sign on immediately with my fingers crossed--- even before making coffee--- to make sure nothing else was screwed up. It seems that several times a week I discover that something else went bad. Yesterday I found that there are TWO AOL programs listed in Task Manager. It's not enough that this AOL GOLD is so heavy that it is eating up the resources on my hard drive?? A few days before that I found that my settings to comment on news articles were suddenly grayed out. Other things have gone bad. Many other things.
I am constantly freezing up no matter where I visit. Pages open to blank white or black pages. I keep getting messages that my browser is updated. And so much more is wrong. If I post a complaint they either tell me to clear my browser (which I do many times a day and immediately after a problem - or else they give my that useless tech number to call where I have never gotten help after waiting half an hour to talk to them.
This is like a comedy of errors. How are they not embarrassed? How can they charge us for this aggravation? We all need to give us credit for what we have already paid for this beta version and we should not be charged till things are working.
