No way to cancel an email upload. A totally new problem
I am attempting to send files to my boss, I have multiple emails to send. I was in the process of sending one and decided I'd put the rest in my 'waiting to be sent' folder and each time I tried the mail started sending instead of going into the folder. Which resulted in 2 emails trying to be sent at the same time. There is NO cancel upload button anymore which resulted in both emails being sent at the same time. And with no way to cancel the second email from going, I ended up with Err35 message twice. So here I am once again trying to email important files to my boss and I have multiple Err35 messages, There are just too many problems with this version of aol. Bring back the ability to cancel sending an email, bring back the refresh button that will actually work, bring back the ability to list email by date or subject or sender name without having to look at all mail in all names in either date, subject or name. I have to completely sign out of aol, close it out and try again to get my mail the way it should be. Its so frustrating to work with this version. I'm so done with this garbage you call gold.
Thank you for reaching out to us, we will send this to our Product Engineers and they will look into this to see if they can have it fixed in a future update or release of the software.
Once you click on “Send Now” after composing the email, there is no way to cancel the action. If you want to save your email and send it later, you can click on “Send Later” and retrieve the email from the Drafts folder.
