The response to my previous comment did NOT work. I had to call again for assistance.
I received a response regarding a popup message each time I log on and log off. But, the instructions did NOT work. Therefore, I had to call Technical support again to have it finally fixed. It shouldn't take multiple times to get the problem fixed!!
