The intro above stopped me from completing the statement of the problem. I received over 240 e-mails from "AOL Support Help" after completing a survey about installation of AOL Gold. I discovered these only later in the day. They came in at the rate of 10 per minute at 5 minute intervals. This was documented with your Tech person, Raven, 57101084, who has stopped the flow by blocking my e-mail to your "AOL Support Help" from which the e-mails came. It is now over one hour since he and I concluded the conversation, and no more show in my inbox, so I believe he succeeded in stopping the problem. He gave me case number 05419077. This was at about 4:38 pm CDT US, and it is now 5:44. F*** B*** f***@aol.com
