    i'm running at 180mbs on a cable modem and the news articles load like I'm on a dial up.
    keep getting bombarded with advertisements i don't want to see.
    MSN is much faster and easier to use.
    you should fix this while you still have customers

    welcome screen has not loaded at all in over a week - BUT AOL SAYS IT WAS FIOXED ON 5/31 ! - another AOL LIE -

    Long time to retrieve mail Thought it was the IT provider but after some testing I have concluded it is AOL> Need to correct
