Click on Read, select the Search Mail tab from the top of the mailbox, choose “Entire Email (Online)” from the Search drop-down, then search for the email you want.

AOL's support's previous response to this previous post does not work. The email search function worked fine until this morning 10/02/2018.

My search opens to subject only which is very inconvenient.

Have mentioned this several times but still no fix. When searching mail by email in order to delete old mail, only mail in my PFC shows up even though there are many on AOL. Please fix this. I use this function almost daily to clean out the mailboxes.

If you want to seach for an email, it definitely does not work. I complained about this and nothing has been done.
...When I search it only brings up emails stored in my personal filing cabinet and not the ones on AOL.
...It is set to search by subject and I can't make search by email the default.
...If I search under my name to see reminder emails I sent to myself, it brings up every single email that ws ever set to me and every single email that I send.
