I signed up to pay for a subscription so I could keep the old mail format. Well you changed it and it's horrible, going to switch
I wanted the features that you could copy email without indent, add photos easily. now half the time the mail does not load right why am i paying for this service? it's horrible

We will send your feedback about the ident over to the AOL Gold desktop team, making sure the features you mentioned become a priority and will be added in the future releases. Currently, we don’t have an estimated time frame, but we hope the majority of the features our members are asking for will be implemented soon.
To embed an image in an email click the Picture icon in the mail compose window then choose the image you would like to insert.
Regarding the loading mail issue please refresh the mailbox. Click the Mail option on the top of the desktop screen and select Refresh Mailbox from the drop-down menu. If you still encounter issues please call the AOL Desktop Gold team at 1-888-265-3733.
