Give me a spam folder that I can see. I have the option To filter mail to a spam folder but the spam folder I had is no longer visible
AOL has deleted my spam folder. No technician can fix or restore it. I have to call tech support to check it. Are u kidding me?? I religiously check my spam folder because receipts or purchases get put there. Now
I can c all or remove all my filter and see every piece of junk ot spyware.
GREAT CHOICE and thanks for the HEADS UP

My spam folder shows blank lines. It does not allow me to check the spam folder to ensure that it doesn't include any mail that is not a spam. Is there a way to make spam folder readable?

I have the same problem. After calling AOL I discovered that since I have a free account I will never see the filter for the spam folder and most of my incoming emails will be deleted by aol. After 20 plus years with aol it may be time to change to another email account as my primary, which is more that likely what aol wants in the first place.

Thanks...your "fix" seems to have worked. I also emptied the mysterious "Null" folder. Hope new spam goes to "Spam Folder" that's back. AOL Gold "Spam" folder says "7" but there's only one showing. AOL Webmail does show all 7. To see spam using AOL Gold have to do as you said... go Spam Controls in Mailbox and click on "View Spam Folder for ". AOL Gold is still messed up, but no surprise there. AOL Gold is a hot mess. Thanks again!

Cannot access my SPAM FOLDER. It has disappeared from my desktop. I found "something" that says view your spam folder in the spam control area, but that just leads to an error message saying that is a "problem."
I know there is a problem!
Important mail sometimes goes to the SPAM FOLDER. That's why we need it fixed and available so it doesn't get lost. I have people who rely upon me, and I need a provider who can be reliable.

Day 9 and still not fixed ~ Try my "fix" that's just below your comment. I posted two comments on May 16. One was about my missing Spam folder and the second how I fixed it myself. It just might work for you too. Just a thought.

My first comment is just below this one about my spam folder going missing today. I discovered if I click on Spam Controls in Mailbox and on that page click on "View Spam Folder for ", my Spam folder reappeared in the Mailbox. Try it. Might work for you too.

Today my Spam folder disappeared from my Mailbox too. Also the response in all my mail is slow or not responding period. I hit "Send" and often it just freezes now. Hopefully AOL will address these issues quickly. I did report it as a "bug". Frustrating that we are paying and getting much poorer software and service than when it was free.

In my main email box, I have now lost my Spam folder. My other email addresses have it so why is it deleted from one of my user names? I want it back and I want it back now. Why is this new software so unreliable? Fix it and fix it fast!

Already Day 4 of this problem of missing spam folders that many are experiencing and AOL has done NOTHING about it?
Time to get rid of AOL I guess...
