OK. So OATH bought you out.
Since OATH bought you, new terms and agreement popped up on sign in. OK. After agreeing to terms, why does it keep popping up every time you go to sign in? Once should be enough. Petty, I know, but irritating. Just like the three step process to sign in. No wonder people keep leaving this service. I'm darn close to it.

LOL "OATH" is the perfect name for the new outfit!!! I have uttered MANY OATHS when this poor system screwed up right in front of me!

I have a WHOLE BUNCH of oaths for OATH, and they all have 4 letters.

OATH , VERIZON , AOL , + their other associated corporations can not be trusted at all - check the internet , better business bureau , consumer affairs , +r the mountains of negative remarks - the only interest they have is in their paid advertisers and care not 1 iota about long time paid consumers ! -

I tried the clear footprints this didn't work I still had to sign out of the aol oath. Very annoying I agree once is enough and with all comments made so far

Why does the AOL Oath show up EVERY time I log on? I signed it once; that should be enough!

I am also tired of always having to agree to the TOS every time I sign on. Once should be enough to agree. How long will it be before the "investigating" fixes this issue? I see the future, more and more people leaving AOL.

I was going to comment on the same irritated policy and terms message. How many times must I respond before it goes away.

Same Issue - I am not sure throwing in my comments will help speed up the process. I have contacted AOL repeatedly about no longer being able to work off-line as well as having to repeatedly accept the new agreement..... Keep getting more hassles and less service. Please Help!

Every time I log in .... almost two weeks now. If you try to 'X' out of the Oath box, the login is very slow ... this is a pain !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, these feedback comments started May 23, now it is June 3. Not very responsive!
Get rid of the OATH once signed and streamline the log-in process again.

I just called about this same issue and the tech hadn't even heard of it. Somebody is either dropping the ball -- or hasn't even picked it up yet. I suspect the latter.

Agree with the comments from other users. I accepted it once. That should be enough. I just X it out now, but it's still annoying.

I'm really not understanding this new 10 page request with Oath. What is this all about. I pay a monthly subscription to AOL, and do not use Yahoo or Verizon via computer nor phone. What am I agreeing to - to opt out of AOL completely if I don't take the Oath? Please advise, and will take the necessary actions when understood. ty

Why do I have to do the new terms and agreement acceptance every time I sign in? I agree with the the other guy!
It is crazy, if you do it once it should be documented that you did all ready. Who the attorney that is working with you on your legal terms. -

This is one of the many annoying features about AOl. I'm a customer for over 20 years and I can say that rather than improving service has gone downhill. This particular problem is particularly annoying. How hard can it be to understand that once a customer agrees to terms , the annoying prompt should cease. But, not only does it not cease it causes the user to have to go through a whole separate and cryptic cycle to get on line. In other words--comply and be punished. To Verizon engineers. How hard could hit have been to just not make the system worse?

I agree with the comments of other users. I am having to accept the terms every time I log in.

Why do I have to agree to terms of service again and again every time I log on? Once I have agreed, why do you waste my time by keeping on with this nonsense?
