The emails are not opening,it is running very slow. Says AOL GOLD not responding.

"Not Responding" Hey AOL Gold paid subscribers, do those words look familiar? I'm averaging 17 minutes at every start-up...the record is 27 minutes and I just gave up. Not only at start-up, but just when you think you're in the clear to work, it freezes and "Not Responding" pops up again.
AOL does nothing to remedy the situation, or even bother to respond to the complaint. And I'm paying for this !!! -

I feel that I'm being ROBBED by AOL GOLD!! I'm so sick of it's stopping and saying "NOT RESPONDING"!
I have to wait for it to pick back up.
There's NO EXCUSE for this!

I want to read my emails opening up is fine but to go to the sub of the email a blank screen comes up. The screen will not go ahead at all. Say the email is from Martha Stewart about orangazing a room, open the email and select orangazing a room and a blank screen comes up. Stops me dead.
