What and why am I all of a sudden getting this eeror?

Also am hating to even sign on to Gold. It never is easy. I have to go on and off just to get it signed on. I've been with you since you first started and I'm loosing my patience. I need to get this fixed or just give up and go else where.

    I need you to remove this external application that keeps popping up. This happened previously and was resolved. this is a new pop-up.
