technical support for aol
i am sick of calling AOL support (888) 446-0777 and getting MANILLA the personal there are not trained properly don't comprehend the english language and usually can-not fix the problems that arise!!!!!!!

I will tell you how you can improve your support. I am considering dropping you after 22 years and paying every month. I bought a new computer. Needed tech support as I could not get gold to down load. The tech was not only absolutely rude, I would have told him to FO, but he would have hung up and not fixed my problem. Then the *** lied to me and told me that McAfee I get from AOL does not support windows 11 and tried to sell me a virus protection. I said no. Well he put some software on my computer such that it constantly popped up trying to sell me virus protection. I could not remove the software, but thankfully the geek squad under my subscription could. They are great. AOL totally sucks. Who ever did this should be prosecuted for damage to property.
