AOL Gold browser freezes up, locks, won't load even it's own pages
Really? I have to close the browser, and completely reboot my computer to get this browser to work properly? While this one is busy not doing anything, using half a gb of ram, I can open AOL Shield and go to the website I can't get Gold to open. Geesh, almost 300 revisions now and it's still a pain in the .............

As of a few days ago can't get on website I am a member of. Security comes up to check my connection, asked if I'm human, check that and goes right back to checking connection...I was on the site one day and tried the next day and keep getting the same message as to checking my connection....If I use Edge or Chrome as a browser I can get on site. Can't get on site though threw AOL on laptop or desktop computer. Obviously the problem must be AOL..can also get to site using ipad...tried clearing footprint, reinstalling AOL, nothing is working

I have a desktop and a laptop. Recently AOL Gold Beta has frozen and has to be restarted. Also, when entering information, I type a word, say, Water and when I finish typing the word then follows one letter at a time in slow order, e.g. W---a---t---e---r

Can no longer load AOL , comp. says program is incompatible . I have been w/ AOL since 1995 , please help .

AOL Gold has been unstable recently. Sometimes keys are overly sensitive. Other times they stick. Email freezes too frequently. Sometimes emails open up without my clicking on them to open. This wastes my time.

Seems to be the main message when this browser fails, and it does it a lot. Won't go back to a website I just had open, and CAUSES one to have to shut down this browser, start over and clear everything....(glad I wasn't doing any RESEARCH that I just LOST) and even at times I have to REBOOT my whole computer and start over. AOL Gold never fails... TO FAIL! Thanks.......Oops.....Something Went Wrong!!!!!

Yesterday alone, AOL froze over 6 times and I had to sign back in again and go thru the slow loading welcome page. I had emails I had to open several times because they were blank and it kept telling me they weren't available and to check back later. I had emails that showed up a day late. I had pages that wouldn't load, opened up blank or a black screen. I have the most recent update, so it can't be blamed that these issues have been fixed.

I am sick and tired how AOL is NOT working properly. It is getting worse then ever!!! Every time I click on something...it freezes up...does the blue circle dance....and finally opens up. What is going on with your program??? I am almost there...to be 100% fed up...and quit! Also, AOL is having problems many times working with Facebook. Check my errors and you will see.

Won't open a page that I just visited, "Oops....something went wrong" is the message that dominates this browser. Will somebody please do something to get this browser to WORK??? 1999.....twenty years with AOL down the drain....
