Dump the Favorites "upgrade"
Prior to AOL Gold the Favorites button was easy to use. Since the "upgrade" trying to locate a favorite results in frustration. It is extremely hard to locate what one is looking for as once a sub-folder is opened it stays open until manually closed - and, opening a sub-folder takes you back to the top of the list and you have to search once again for where it is in the list. Dump this "upgrade" and go reinstall the code for the old Favorites.
Thank you for your feedback, we will share this with the product team.
In order to easily find your Favorite Places, you can search for them using the Quick Find box at the top of the Favorites window.

Please give us the option of arranging our favorite places like the old version. There are two big problems with the automatic alphabetization for me: 1. I often research a topic in google, and save relevant sites to my FPs. Under the old arrangement, when I was done researching, all of those saved sites would be right next to each other. Now they're scattered throughout the list, and it takes a long time to find them. 2. When I try to find a newly saved FP, I have to guess at what it's been saved as. Before it was right near the bottom, and therefore easy to find. Now it can take a long time.
Automatically alphabetizing the FPs list has made it far less useful, and, as a result, has made AOL far less useful. The FPs setup was the main reason I was sticking with aol. Now I'm considering leaving. I'm not asking that you change the default, only that you give us the option. Provide this service to us, and you'll have more loyal customers.
